Warriors Basketball Club: Fall Registration Now Open!

We are excited to announce that registrations for our fall season are now open! For the first time in program history, we are offering a fall/winter option, perfect for those looking to prepare for their upcoming CYO seasons and also supplement their training while the season is ongoing.

⚙️Gear Up for CYO: Perfect for players aiming to get ready for their CYO seasons.

🏋️‍♂️ Supplemental Training: Continue improving skills throughout the CYO season.

🤝Team Chemistry: Keep your CYO team together during these months for added chemistry and game experience.
We aim to keep practice schedules similar to those in spring and summer. Once we gauge the size of our fall program, we will publish the final schedule.

Evaluation Dates and Times

Our first evaluations for the fall season will take place on August 29th and 30th at the Ultimate Fieldhouse. Please register and attend the tryout for the grade your child will be entering this fall.

 

1st Evaluation – August 29th:

Court 1:

– BOYS Grades 2/3/4: 4:30-5:30pm
– BOYS Grade 5/6: 5:30-6:30pm
– BOYS Grade 7/8: 6:30-7:30pm
Court 4:
– GIRLS Grade 2/3/4: 4:30-5:30pm
– GIRLS Grade 5/6: 5:30-6:30pm
– GIRLS Grade 7/8: 6:30-7:30pm

2nd Evaluation – August 30th:

Court 1:
– BOYS Grades 2/3/4: 4:30-5:30pm
– BOYS Grade 5/6: 5:30-6:30pm
– BOYS Grade 7/8: 6:30-7:30pm
Court 4:
– GIRLS Grade 2/3/4: 4:30-5:30pm

As we get closer, we will publish additional evaluation dates and times. Evaluations will resume after Labor Day. If you cannot make the first round, there will be plenty of opportunities to be evaluated before gameplay starts in mid-September.

Warriors Basketball Club Fall Season for 9th & 10th Grade Boys

Get ready for high school tryouts with our focused fall season! Designed for incoming 9th and 10th grade boys, this program includes three competitive tournaments and weekly two-hour practices every Friday. Our sessions will emphasize skill development, conditioning, and competitive play, giving players the tools they need to excel in their upcoming high school tryouts. Don’t miss this opportunity to elevate your game and enter the season with confidence!

Join the Mahaney Madness Youth Camps for Skill-Building Fun!

Each day Aidan Mahaney will lead participants of the Mahaney Madness Youth Camps through a variety of skill-building drills, competitions, and games. Coach Kenji McCrae will be the director of the camp.

• When: August 17-18
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM/Sunday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Who: Open to Boys & Girls in Grades 2-8 (players grouped by grade)

• Where: The Ultimate Fieldhouse, Walnut Creek     • Cost: $235 per player

Warriors Basketball Philosophy

Warriors Basketball is a proven youth basketball program that promotes fast play and decision-making along with the modern fundamentals of basketball play.

  • We play team-first-oriented basketball where the ball moves with energy and speed to the open player.

  • We are highly competitive but our North Star is to teach the right habits (man-to-man defense) that translate beyond youth basketball.

  • We coach with positive energy and you can often hear our team loudly chanting, “Defense!” for their teammates at games.

  • We hold our athletes accountable but allow them to make the right mistakes (take that shot!) to grow as basketball players.

Our measure of success is that our players return and demonstrate considerable growth season after season.
